- Warm welcome with Cambodian Greeting Word - Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service with the goal of up selling on each order. - Always attentive to guests’ needs and problems, taking necessary action to ensure guest satisfaction within the parameters of authority assigned to the position. - Observe diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed. - Provide service to all guests in accordance to established standards of quality - Report for work in time in proper uniform and well groomed - Ensure all operating supplies and equipments are spotless - Ensure clearing of table is done in a proper way when customer still seating - Assist in keeping back of house areas clean (Counter) - When known address guests by name - Prints bill and accept payment. - Thank guests as they depart and invite them to return. - Clears and resets counters or tables at conclusion of each course. - Familiar with all restaurant policies and procedures in reference to training, safety and security. - Understand the importance of service mindedness, exhibiting courtesy towards all guests. - Ensure proper usage of operating supplies and equipment to reduce misuse and breakage. - Relate all guest comments to the manager or senior/ supervisor. - Actively participate in-group sessions to assist management with the quality enhancement of product and service to achieve optimum levels of guest satisfaction.
