- Direct or monitor the requirement, framework conditions and progress of short-term IT projects - Ensure the development of products and services to user’s requirement within specific resource - Work with specialist/outsource in the field of development, users and also produce goal and target specification - Solve any conflict that arises and minimize the potential risks - Direct technical and personnel resources to ensure project result conform to quality, time and budgetary stipulations - Maintain an appropriate relationship with users and also ensure that the project results are comprehensible to management - Perform other duties as assigned by the management

- Hold bachelor degree with good computer operations - Be good at database management (SQL Server, MY SQL and MS Access) - Have knowledge of leadership in developing and implementing plans in the computer the use of IT system - Be responsible for routine repair, maintenance of computer system and software/hardware inventory control - Have strongly work commitment, honesty, flexibility and adaptability to the work environment - Be disciplined self-starter, creative thinking, analysis, good personality and communication
