- Supervise to ensure that staff follow the organization's policies and procedures (wear uniform, sick time, personal leave and overtime) - Organizing workflow and ensuring that staff understand their duties - Planning schedule for staff working at night time, especially cleaning and pest control works - Monitoring staff productivity and providing constructive feedback - Receive complaints and resolve problems - Maintain timekeeping and personnel records - Pass on information from upper management to staff or from customer to the management. - Prepare and submit daily performance report - Monitoring at the site work after job is completed and to make sure that everything are clean with good qualities.
