- Disassemble appliances so that problems can be diagnosed and repairs can be made. - Troubleshoots electronics down to the component level to determine cause and remedy of any malfunction - Service and repair electrical and/or cooling appliances such as Freezers, wine cooler, refrigerators, Chest Freezer etc. - Recognizes failures and set up problems, isolates problems, and takes appropriate action to resolve those problems - Refer to schematic drawings, product manuals, and troubleshooting guides in order to diagnose and repair problems. Consult manufacturers' service manuals whenever applicable. - Operates test and repair equipment’s and understand their use and function - Work with Service manager or supervisor to provide repair cost estimates, and recommend whether appliance repair or replacement is a better choice - Suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending improvements. ** Skills/Qualifications: - Electronics Troubleshooting - Analyzing Information - Judgment - Client Relationships - Equipment Maintenance - Quality Focus - Results Driven

- Graduated from Mechanical/Technical school or related field - At least 2 years’ experience of cooling appliance repair - Knowledgeable about Servicing, Maintenance, Electrical. Cooling Appliances repair - Strong commitment and good at interpersonal skill - Good organizational skills - Willing to Work under pressure
