*Estimate the amount of drugs and medical supplies needed and submit monthly requests to the Phka Chhouk Pediatric Medical Center director. *Responsible for storage and managing stocks: -Ensure secure and appropriate storage of drugs and medical supplies. -Stock keeping: Keep record of drugs and medical supplies received and used. -Manage stocks based on FIFO (first in, first out) and FEFO (first expired, first out) -Develop and manage a system that allows small but sufficient stocks of relevant drugs and medical supplies to be kept at the various departments, and at the same time ensures the proper management and use of these stocks. -Regular inventory checks on stocks *Supervise the use of drugs and medical supplies at the Phka Chhouk Pediatric Medical Center: -Monitor the use of drugs and make sure prescriptions are in line with MoH treatment guidelines and protocols -Provide feedback to the Chief of Medical Services and Department Chiefs in case of any irregularities. *Collect all information on the use of drugs and medical supplies, needed to prepare monthly and quarterly reports on the use of drugs and medical supplies, and to be submitted to the Phka Chhouk Pediatric Medical Center director. *Dispensing of drugs to the patients: -Clearly explain to the patients how to take the drugs and inform the patient in case of any side-effects -Instruct the patients when to come back in case not a complete cure was prescribed. *Develop weekly/monthly work plans for the pharmacy and make sure that pharmacy staff are working according to the work plans. *Supervise other pharmacy staff and give advice on how they can further improve their performance. *Collaborate with the Director, Deputy Director, and other Department Chiefs in achieving agreed performance targets for the Phka Chhouk Pediatric Medical Center. *Participate in the preparation of the Phka Chhouk Pediatric Medical Center Annual Operational Plan, and the regular monitoring of the implementation of this plan. *Any other task as requested by the Director of the Phka Chhouk Pediatric Medical Center and with the aim to improve the functioning.

*Work Relations: -The Chief of Pharmacy is directly responsible to the Director of the Phka Chhouk Pediatric Medical Center. -The Chief of Pharmacy is technically supervised by the Pharmacist of the clinic -The Chief of Pharmacy supervises other pharmacy staff and is responsible for the performance of individual members of the team. -The Chief of Pharmacy collaborates with the Chief of Medical Services (Deputy Director of the Phka Chhouk Pediatric Medical Center) and with staff in charge of other departments of the Phka Chhouk Pediatric Medical Center. *Qualifications: -Pharmacia. -Previous experience working in the pharmacy of a Hospital or private clinic. -Preferably some formal training in drugs management. -Good interpersonal skills and able to have a good relationship with colleagues and with patients.
