Jobs Description

1. Scope of working: QA/QC Manager: is responsible in developing, implementing and monitoring construction-related processes and materials are compliant with contract specifications, regulatory standards, and operational policies and procedures; and mentor field personnel to ensure QA/QC compliance and proper implementation on a job-by-job basis. 2. Duties & Responsibilities: - Ensure implementation of the Quality Management System; - Establish company quality plan including Quality Policy and continually improve it; - Advise on setting up the improvement guidelines for company Quality Management System to employee; - Responsible for ensuring that company quality management policy, plans and procedures are implemented effectively; - Monitor company quality system activities such as Site Quality activities based on Companies Management System; - Produceand develop the Project Quality Training plan and ensure implementation of the plan; - Report the performance status of Project Quality activities and relevant issues to the Project Management Department; - Ensure the project meets international standards; - Other tasks assigned by Superior.

Jobs Requirement

3. Qualification & Requirement: - Master or bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree; - At least 7 years working experience; - Thorough and accurate with attention to detail; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Excellent training and presentation skills with solid oral and written communication capabilities with a professional manner; - Be an excellent communicator, negotiator and think creatively; - High ability to communicate in English and other languages is an advantage. - Be a problem solver, flexible, and be able to work under pressure with high responsibility. 4. Working Days and Hours: - Monday to Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00am & 1:00pm to 5:00pm - Lunch time: 12:00am to 1:00pm 5. Working place:- QA/QC Manager: is based at Head Office, Project Management Department. 6. Relationship: - QA/QC Manager: works under supervision & reports directly to Senior Project Management Manager.
