• Overseas the day to day operations of the branch • Support senior members in liasiing with local authority, landlor and relevent stakeholders • Manage the onboarding processes of new agents and new businesses • Follow up on customers' requests in a timely manner and ensure service standards are met • Resolve customers' issues in an equitable manner. Log and escalate any received complaints from customers for resolution. • Ensure work processes are in accordance with company’s procedures and in compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines • Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time

• Bachelor degree in Business related field is preferred • Previous experiences in customer facing role will be added advantage • Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Possess customer-oriented personality • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills • Demonstrate initiative, commitment, and responsibility • Attention to details and accuracy
