Duties & Responsibilities - Plan, manage, and implement an audit from beginning to end; - Identify, prioritize, and measure risks in INSTITUTION; - Prepare the best techniques for gathering audit evidence and preparing work papers; - Determine how and what to audit; - Enhance and practice interpersonal and team-building skills throughout the audit; - Consolidating and analyzing all of staff report;’ - Evaluating staff under supervisor; - Recommending on weakness of operation or institution; - Create an environment of trust, teamwork, accountability, and responsibility and develop strategies to increase participation and cooperation of the audit staff; - Making report to internal audit committee; - Staff coaching, mentoring, consulting on audit methodology; - Develop policies and procedures related to internal auditing; - Verbal or written blame or admiring the bad/good staff performing inside the department then report to human resource department and Finance Manager Audit Committee, & Risk Commitee. - Perform other audit tasks as may assign by CEO or audit & risk committee.

• Male/Female • At least 3 years’ experiences in Finance & Audit including at least 2 years in managerial/supervising position • Bachelor degree in Finance, Audit, or Finance and Banking or equivalent • Computer literacy (Word Excel, E-mail, Internet, and Power point) • Excellent in Leadership skill, communication skill, interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, organizational skill and good team player. • Good command of written and verbal Khmer & English • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
