Jobs Description

• the main purpose of this position is to handle customer account and manage sales cycle and customer issues.  Responsibility • Perform cold calling on the phone by using General Customer Calling List • Responsible for achieving sales target • Handle customer issues • Manage delivery and account receivable • Achieve Key Performance Indicator • Handle customer account • Sales cycle, including quotes, samples board, and specification • Closing sales • Managing delivery, including generating delivery order and pick list. • Managing account receivable. • Take care of the assigned area of showroom display • Make sure all merchandise is well display, price tagged are properly placed, and all areas are free from dust, including shelving and floor areas on the assigned location • Make sure the assigned areas are clean and tidy • Know where all inventory items are stored, so showroom sales lead can help the team to do picking for customers • Generates sales of Company products through direct selling activities, promotional visits, customer liaisons, which involve the servicing of prospective and existing clients. • Presents products/services in a variety of ways to create awareness and interest in the Company’s products and services. • Conducts territorial/area visits to customers; prepares sales reports. • Prepares necessary recommendations to effect and document the facilitation of delivery of goods to customers. • Provides market data on customer profile and preferences and competitor moves. • Follows-up payments of customers, especially overdue accounts. • Investigates customer’s complaints and submits report to Showroom sale team lead. • Prepares sales contracts and agreements and other supporting documents.

Jobs Requirement

​ • At least one-year experience in position sale or related filed • Bachelor degree in Business administration majoring in marketing or business-related field. • Be able to work under pressure for sale target. • Communication skills in speaking/Writing English. • Knowledge of computer literacy (Microsoft office word, Power point, Excel) . • Good interpersonal and Communication skills. • Very patience, Flexible, Honest and Friendly • Other tasks by Store Manager.
