- Responding for declaration of staff in and staff out to MLVT - Updating daily staff list - Assisting payroll and NSSF process - Calculating tax on salary - Controlling staff insurance and NSSF claiming - Preparing and filing staff information - Translating from KH/EN, EN/KH in HR work - Final payment work and assisting staff interview - Another task assigns by management

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor degree of finance and banking, Business Administration, or related field. - At least 2-year work experience in MFI or Banking. - Good communication and interpersonal skill. - Confident, Flexible and Creative. - Effectively solve the problem. - Be able to work under pressure with high sense of confidentiality - Should be a self-starter with a track record of meeting. - Fair knowledge of English and Ms Word, Excel, Email.
