Jobs Description

- Assists in managing of HR functions of recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, employee relations, and labor compliances. - In charge of staff recruitment and selection (new headcounts, and replacement). - In charge of payroll administration, records, determinations of wage and working hours. - Provide assistance in resolving team member on payroll issues and payroll services. - Ensures legal compliance with all compensation and deductions, analyzes current compensation policies in order to support decisions necessary to establish market competitive benefit programs; - Implements and administers the company’s benefits programs, prepares and distributes employee communications regarding benefits programs - Prepare compensation proposals and monitor compliance with all wage and hour regulations and make recommendations to meet the requirements. - Interpret and implement HR policies regarding administration, benefits, compensation, etc. - Review our processes and policies and make proposals for improvement as necessary. - Manage employee personnel file to ensure excellent organization and compliances. - Prepare and submit monthly headcount and turnover reporting - Assist in implementing and administering benefit programs, including medical, insurance, worker compensation; compensation, employee assistance, and other plans. - Prepare communications to employees on benefit programs, procedures, changes, -Support in training function (employee training and development plant) against business plan of each business unit. - Responsible for/assists head of departments in dealing with disciplinary action and termination of employee employments (labor cases).

Jobs Requirement

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR all functions including compensation and benefits, recruitment, training and employee relations; - Bachelor in Business Administration or Management (HR related field) or any equivalent; - Good interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive working relationships; - Good command of Microsoft Excel, calculation, Excel formula and spreadsheets; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication skills
