** Operations - Manage, mentor and motivate the team to achieve targets - Work with other departments in order to manage company cash flow and forecast company financial needs - Supervisor the accounting departments daily activities and all its functions including payroll, cash management and internal financial reporting - Produce long-term business plan funding forecasts for current and new projects - Track, update and report on company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement or risks - Seek out methods to minimise financial risk for the company - Build close working relationships with other business functions to provide technical advance on accounting and finance issues impacting these functions - Responsible for the implementation of Microsoft AX across all relevant UBL entities - Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets and financial statements - Undertake strategic analysis and assist with strategic planning - Assess and evaluate methods for minimising financial risk to the company - Implement controls to control income, cash flow and expenditure - Carry out business modelling and risk assessments - Liase with financial institutions - Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation ** Funds Management - Forecast cash flow positions, related to borrowing needs and available funds for investment - Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and investment requirements - Produce and review monthly financial and management reports focusing on cost control and cash flow management - Monitor and execute cost control and budget planning procedures - Establish and maintain strong banking relationships - Arrange for equity and debt financing ** Budget - Develop, review monitor and manage budgets - Report to management on variances from established budgets and reasons - Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction ** Financial Analysis - Engage in ongoing cost reduction analysis - Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports to Top management in order to aid in short and long term decision making - Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting - Interpret the company’s financial results to management and recommend improvement activities - Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field - Leadership skills and experience - Minimum several years’ experience in finance role - Good spoken and written English - Computer literacy is a must (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Deep understanding of business principles and practices - Superior attention to detail - Organisational skills - Good in analytical and problem solving - Multiple tasks abilities - Ability to priorities and stick to deadlines - Good communication - Willingness to learn and work hard
