- Establish annual plan of actions, budget plan and strategies for the Human Resources Department. - Ensure the need for the manpower required for Eadeco Cambodia is adequately reasonable. - Implement the annual salary review process. - Oversee implementation of HR manual policies, including interpretation and application - Handle staff complaints - Educate staff regarding policies, compensation and benefits; including providing appropriate training, as well as responding to specific - Handle recruitment & selections - Prepare monthly payroll - Develop and revise on necessary policies and forms. - Ensure implementation of performance and development management for all staffs. - Analyze staff performance through annual appraisal Organize internal training, staff orientation upon required - Ensure that annual and probation period appraisals are completed on time

- Good Command in written and verbal communication skills - Foster positive working relationships with staffs at all levels - Must be confidential in all Human Resources matters - Good command in Microsoft Office applications - Excellent knowledge of Cambodian labor law. - Management and leadership experience - Problem solving and negotiation skills
