- Propose, arrange and prepare Board of Directors meeting for shareholder, directors and also schedule committee meeting such as providing the agenda of the meetings, prepare the resolutions, provide the Minute Taking of all the meetings; - Assistant the compliance meeting materials and provide the corporate document keeping report; - Facilitate Legal & Compliance Team to seek approval from NBC, MOC and GDT regarding the amendment of Memorandum and Article of Association in case of changing shareholder or directors, if any; - Provide the legal advice, analysis and updated of compliance related to the composition member of Board of Directors comply with the National Bank of Cambodia. - Report to Legal & Compliance Manager, member of Board of Directors and all committee’s member; - Perform any other related duties as required by Legal & Compliance Manager and/or Deputy Legal Manager and/or Legal Supervisor.

- Bachelor’s degree of related field - English language proficiency - Good interpersonal skill - Ability to work in a team - Computer knowledge: Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Internet - Be honest, team work and good communication skill - Good command in negotiation - Report writing skills.
