- Monitor and ensure that all the public areas are safe and secure at all times. - Control all CCTV equipment in Building Management System room when required. - Channel all requests, complaints, comments to building supervisor for the necessary action. - Assist in emergency situations, including fire alarm activations and carry out fire attendant duties. - Monitor daily building operation in line with operational directives. - Provide directions and assistance to tenants and visitors whenever requested. - Comply with the monthly duty roster and any other duties assigned by the management. - Carry out and assume any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Senior Building Supervisor / Building Supervisor. - Report any technical problems to the Building Supervisor - Monitor all outsourced parties within the building. - Make daily report and submit to Building Supervisor including any incident report.
