• Participates in meetings and attends other, training sessions and seminars. • Answers inquiries about transportation services, routes, schedules, stop locations; • Investigates and follows up on complaints and investigates and responds to any accidents and incidents happened during the day. • Evaluates schedules and recommends service modifications. Manages schedule for operator deployment to minimize unscheduled overtime. • Responsible for ensuring employees in their respective functional areas have adequate training and tools necessary to meet the requirements of the transport procedures and Stand of performances. • Responsible for observing and evaluating required transportation competencies among employees in their respective functional areas. • Monitors and maintains the on time service performance of the transporting • Provides on-street supervision including investigates accidents, ensures compliance with operating standards, resolves operating problems. • Re-establishes schedules in case of breakdowns; controls unruly passengers; suggests alternative routing due to accidents. • Monitors attendance and works with Manager on controlling attendance problems. • Performs other duties as required.

• Male or Female, age 25 up • Two years of supervisory experience in a production-oriented environment, prefer automotive, inventory management or warehouse experience • Proven track record of hiring, training and managing staff to meet company objectives • 1-3 years of automotive, inventory management or warehouse experience • Ability to operate yard equipment required, loader and forklift experience preferred • Excellent customer service attitude and skills • Excellent communication skills • Professional phone manner • Computer proficiency • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail SI DRY-PORT offers a competitive salary, bonus, accident and health insurance, and full medical claim for employee.
