• Prepare and provide updated result and presentations and other related documents for campaigns/incentive • File and retrieve documents and reference materials for budget and financial purposes • Conduct result update from MIS report, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents • Record, transcribe and distribution of supports among all branches • Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications • Arranging client seminar, premium, in-house and mega, etc. • Arranging Sales booths and worksite presentation • Arranging all payment existing in S&P • Preparing Annual Report and other monthly and quarterly reports • Co-ordinate project-based work • Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary • Hosting Department’s events when necessary • Travelling local and International

• University degree in related discipline is preferred • Bachelor degree in related fields is preferred • At least 2 years experiences in related work • Good knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite • Design and Photoshop skills is preferable • Excellent verbal and written in English and Khmer • Good organizational, time management and problem solving skills • Attention to details and accuracy • Able to work under time constrains and deadlines.
