- Achieve collection target on Spin Rate, Penetration Rate, Recovery Rate, Productivity, Budget Control and so on - Properly manage collection team with higher satisfaction and lower attrition rate - Schedule monthly collection tasks - Administer collection procedures and assist with queries - Adjust collection process if necessary - Keep collection call in good quality and have no serious complaint happens in phone collection - Schedule working shifts of collectors reasonably - Maintain relationship with collector and team building - Other tasks as assigned

- University degree or above, major in Credit/Risk/Legal/Finance preferred - 5+ years Working experience in business operations field and at least 3‐year team management experience, experience in call center/collection is an advantage - Fluent in English(verbal/written) preferred - Strong Interpersonal and customer service skills - Strong analytical and project management skills - Excellent time management skills - Proven problem solving skills - Independent elaborative faculty - Hands‐on but structured approach - Team spirit, persistent, highly trustworthy and loyal - Intermediate computer skills
