1. Lead and support the development of strategic priorities for each branch 1.1 Identify new markets and develop socially driven strategy to achieve company’s social and financial goals 1.2 Lead the achievement of the vision, mission, values and annual targets 1.3 Contribute to the development of, and lead the implementation of, the annual strategic plan 1.4 Drive and direct the branches' sales/lending activity 1.5 Drive and direct the branches' client relation activity 1.6 With support from Head of Corporate Sales, conduct survey and research to ensure appropriate assessment and competition analysis. 2. Provide high level of oversight to the business operations of each branch 2.1 Lead and manage the branches' performance in sales and client services 2.2 Drive and direct the branches' sales/lending activity 2.3 Lead and provide guidance on the provision of the highest levels of client service 2.4 Ensure that loan defaults and loans at risk are minimized through proper loan assessment. 2.5 With the support of the HR team, ensure that branch staff are engaged, satisfied and that turnover is low. 2.6 With the support of the CFO, ensure that the financial and accounting systems and processes for each branch are functioning ethically, accountably and efficiently. 3. Develop partnerships and relationships to support the portfolio growth 3.1 Develop relationships within the community. 3.2 Make sales calls to high value and/or complex prospective clients. 3.3 Share new opportunities with the branch managers. 3.4 Propose branch expansion plan. 3.5 Work together with the Head of Corporate Sales to ensure profit maximization 3.6 Work together to develop partnership with non-profit organizations, local authorities, and property developers to achieve company’s social goal 4. Lead and manage a team of branch managers 4.1 Monitor and coach branch managers to ensure the highest standards of client service and to resolve disputes and challenging situations 4.2 Support and coach branch managers to grow their portfolio, to improve their product knowledge, client service, and sales skills 4.3 Oversee and support achievement of the individual and team performance targets 4.4 Foster a positive work team environment and individual job satisfaction by providing training, coaching, professional development and motivation 4.5 Conduct regular 1:1s and manage Branch manager meetings 5. Ensure compliance within the branch 5.1 Ensuring compliance to policy and procedures of all branches 5.2 Monitor and ensure the full and on time implementation of audit recommendations within the branch 5.3 Develop and recommend appropriate actions to encourage compliance to policy as well as recommendations from audit 6. Administrative and general business operations 6.1 Prepare monthly sale performance report to the CEO 6.2 Participates in 1-1 with CEO to discuss sale performance and challenges 6.3 Lead regular 1-1 meeting with direct report and team meetings 6.4 Participate in, and lead, training and professional development activities 6.5 Share with others ideas, concerns and/or challenges 6.6 Perform other duties as and when required by superiors. 6.7 Attend training and coaching to ensure to develop skills and competencies required to take on the role of Head of Retails

Jobs Requirement

- Degree in a related discipline business management, finance or related. - Two years of experience in a similar role - Three years of management experiences - High level sales skills - High level customer service skills - Effective communication, decision making and problem solving skills - Effective negotiation skills - Risk management - Analytical and strategic thinking skills - Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office - Good command of Khmer and English (both read and write) - Commitment to the campany vision, mission and values - Confident - Honest and ethical - Uses initiative
