- Responsible for all aspects of accounting function including the effective management of the daily accounting functions and ensuring that accounting entries are taken up on a timely manner; closing of month end accounts and preparation of financial statements in accordance to the rules of the National Bank of Cambodia and Cambodian Accounting Standards. - Responsible for monthly tax computations of company for submission to Cambodian Tax Authority and also tax compliance. - Responsible for NBC reporting for submission to the authorities on a timely basis. - Responsible for ad-hoc projects and trouble shooting on issues relating to finance systems and finance related matters including UAT of systems. - Liaison with external auditors and various regulatory authorities, etc on issues relating to guidelines, rules and reporting. - Assist monitoring the financial efficiency and liquidity position. - To manage and ensure that all Treasury Management functions are carried out in efficient and effective manner. - To adhere and comply with the statutory and regulatory requirements and ensuring no lapses in daily activities. - Reviewing and preparing all necessary schedules for the year-end external audit; - Ensure compliance with IT security requirements and ensure confidentiality of the company’s information. - Prepare financial forecast, annual budgets and report on variance. - All other duties and matters ancillary to the above that Management may require from time to time.

- Bachelor degree in Accountancy or professional qualification from recognized accounting body. - Member of ACCA/CPA would be an advantage. - Minimum working experience 5 years in related field is required for this position. - Knowledge of IFRS would be an advantage. - Proficient in English verbal and written communication. - Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel. - Excellent reporting skill. - Good in analytical, planning, writing and interpersonal skill.
