- Post job announcement, shortlist and interview candidates; - Follow up with new hires upon date of hire to confirm proper completion of paperwork; - Assist with preparation of new hire orientations; - Assist with providing ongoing feedback about the employee's performance through performance appraisals and performance improvement plan - Ensure that employees follow the organization's policies and procedures - Assist with other HR projects as assigned; - Assist the HR manager with administration tasks - Use discretion at all times involving confidential employee data;

- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; - At least two-year experiences of general administration and working in a human resources environment; - Fluent in English both speaking and writing; - Excellent planning and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks; - Honest and willing to work hard and flexible time; - Ability to maintain confidentiality.
