- Examine and inspect containers, raw materials and the work areas are clean. - Prepare flake ice before and during production. - Unloading the raw material and transfer to the designated area. - Measure, weigh and count products and raw materials. - Peeling & deveining the shrimp - Sorts or grades products according to size, color, or quality. - Collecting the head of shrimps and keep in the container before transfer to fishmeal department. - Cleaning the table conveyor, floor, and wall area. - Washing and icing raw material PD (peeled deveined) / PDTO (peeled deveined tailed on) during in process. - Loading the PD/PDTO shrimp to the freezing machine. - Packing (ensure that packing specifications are met). - Mark and label containers, container tags, or products, using marking tools. - Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas, using cleaning solutions.
