- Act as the focal person for implementation, execution and compliance the Group HSEQ audits & reports, RAMSES Software inputs and SECURITY Improvement programs. Develop, update procedure/ work instruction as operations requirement. - Act as the focal person in implementation training program for depot. These including development of the training plan and providing Operational and HSE related training to depot personnel. - Provide coaching/mentoring to depot personnel on regular basis to depot staffs and contracted staffs. - Supervise all operations activities (Loading, Discharge, and tank farms operation) on the site. Ensure operational activities and SECURITY measurement are implemented in according to company rules, procedures, and industry practices. - Control stock loss management for white product and jet A-1 operations. - Act as focal person for communication from depot to internal and external stakeholder. These include e-mail communication. - Assists the Depot manager manage in planning activities in assigning and scheduling staffs to meet various work duties within the terminal and supervising various work teams. - Work side by side with Engineer/ HSE in controlling depot equipment, maintenance program, and work permits, schedule/ conducts safety meeting and drills for Depot Manager. - Conducts Drill, Training and Toolbox Meeting for own and contracted staff. - Supports technical integrity manager for Safety Barrier Gap Analysis, Description of all Safety Barriers, Finalization of all tests of safety barriers, setting up all related procedures, Technical Review and Commissioning. - Act as Deputy Depot Manager.

- Educational background: Diploma / bachelor degree of Technical / Electrical engineer - Experience: 3 years with related field - Skills: Good communication skill in Khmer and English with technical and management skill. Good sufficient understanding of the oil product operation, gained over several years of operational experience, preferably in similar, good understanding of operating equipment and construction. - Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, Internet and Email
