- Contract Management for all contracts in the company - Review all contracts and work with respective users departments on the Commercial Terms and Conditions of all contracts that need to be signed by Representatives of the Company. - Ensure regulatory compliances of the company at all relevant ministries including but not limited to the Council for the Development of Cambodia, Ministry of Commerce, General Department of Taxation, Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (Telecommunication Regular of Cambodia), Ministry of Information, Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, etc. - Ensure corporate compliance of the company in accordance with the company’s statute and policy  Assist to prepare legal letters, contracts, notices and other relevant legal documents - Provide legal advice on any legal matters in the Company - Research and update collections of Cambodian laws and regulations as well as developing archive of legal documents - Assist superiors in ad hoc assignments

- BA degree in major of Law or relevant. - Have at least 3 years working experiences with Legal or Law firm. - Fluent in written and spoken English and Khmer. Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage but no essential. - Have knowledge in business law (law on commercial enterprises), labor law, law on telecommunication, laws related intellectual property rights, law on taxation, and other relevant law.
