Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Job Description: Oversee the auditing of accounting and financial data of various departments within an organization. Perform audit review and assessment of the process being followed by each department. Assists in the design and administration of company policy and procedure. Writes reports on how to improve finance, operation, and management processes and systems. Reports directly to top management. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs, through their supervisors. Recommend for personnel disciplinary actions.
