- Coordinate and facilitate risk identification for all business units of the bank and the bank’s partner. - Perform root cause analyses on identified risk events to recommend improvements to prevent these risk events from re-occurring in the future. - Assist all business units with the identification of key risks and mitigating controls as well as action plans to address any gaps in the mitigating measures identified. - Analyze identified trends in the key risk indicators. - Establish and maintain an operational risk / loss event database. - Communicate the requirements to mitigate operational risk and establishing appropriate training of staff. - Monitor the implementation of action plans to address medium and red key risks on the risk register. - Report the operational risk profile of the bank and the bank’s partners. - Provide support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the Bank. - Ensure that the Bank complies with all legislative requirements for risk management. - Perform any other related duties that management may be assigned from time to time.

- Degree of Finance or other relevant field - Minimum 2 years working experience in Risk Management or related field in banking or financial industry. - Excellent interpersonal skill to interact effectively with all levels within the organization. - Good command of English and Khmer, for both writing and speaking - Good presentation skill - Attention to detail/accuracy - Honest and professional
