Jobs Description

- Maintain personnel records keeping system and file documents properly in place. - Maintain and monitoring accurate staff records. - Keep monthly staff timesheet, and attendant records. - Supervision for security guards (as appropriate). - Undertake and updating of staff leave records. - Assist in preparation of payment requests for employees’ medical expenses reimbursement. - Support obtaining of travel permits, accommodation and air tickets for international staff. - Organize and filing paperwork systemically. - Assist to Township Project Officer to respond to requests for purchase - Assist Township Project Officer to ensure all procurement processes are in compliance with RI policy and procedure. - Check accordingly and review logistics and procurement documentations. - Provide necessary assistance on any local logistic procedures to improve efficiency. - Assist the logistics and procurement processes are functioning well. - Make sure all logistics, procurement and utilities are filed appropriately. - Check physical verification of assets, equipment and inventories as required by RI - Check through with monitoring checklist on office assets and inventory in field office. - Arrange control movement of equipment and assets into the field. - Arrange all staff travel and accommodation with smoothly and cost effective manners together with Township Project Officer. - Arrange the transportation of program materials and program inputs in timely and safely. - Maintain efficient communication and relation with potential suppliers.

Jobs Requirement

- A university degree with minimum 1 year working experience in Logistics Field - Experience in Logistics work, preferably in an international organisation; - Knowledge of English is desired - Excellent communication skills, including inter-personal - Good computer skills of Word and Excel - Willingness to travel to field offices and work in difficult environments according to travel requirement
