- Maintaining petty cash; cash register, visiting to bank for cash withdrawal and bank transfer Bank statement, ensures all processes meet RI/donor policies - Assist Field Finance Officer to prepare and submit to Yangon Finance office the monthly field financial reports (Advance Request, Cash book, Cash Count sheet, Bank Book ,Advance settlement, Journal Voucher and others ) for Sittwe and Myebon offices. - Help staff submit claims for reimbursement; review vouchers to ensure there’s all necessary supporting documents - Maintaining files/folders for financial paperwork leases and other financial contracts - Processing daily payments to make sure paperwork is completed, all necessary documents are attached - To assist with preparing financial documents (purchase orders, payment vouchers, etc.) - Assist Field Finance Officer when needed to finish finance work in timely manner - Receive and deliver financial documents and materials as needed - Type, scan and back up monthly financial documentation - Maintain confidentiality at all times - Assist with financial orientations/ trainings for RI staff as needed - Perform any other tasks as requested and assigned

- A university degree with minimum 2 year working experience in Finance Field - Experience in Finance work, preferably in an international organisation; - Knowledge of English is desired - Excellent communication skills, including inter-personal - Good computer skills of Word and Excel
