- Manage and oversee day-to-day full range of accounting administration and other transactions - Oversee finance and administration functions, including accounting, credit administration, taxation, liquidity and internal control - Oversea the transactions into accounting systems and manage ledger accounts ensuring accurate complete accounting data - Oversee and monitor payment accounts, receivable account and payroll - Perform reconciliation of accounts (cash reconciliation, inventory, payables ageing, receivables ageing, fixed asset schedule etc.) - Review monthly and annual financial statements, eg: Income statement, Balance sheet and Cash Flow Statement - Develop and maintain accounting policies procedures - Review monthly tax declaration (VAT, Withholding Tax, Tax on Public Lighting, Advance Profit Tax, Tax on Salary) and annual tax return - Provide full support in preparation of annual tax on profit and in providing information for tax audits - Collect necessary information from other departments to prepare annual budget approval - Understand adhere financial regulations legislation ensure compliance applicable laws procedures - Manage company cash flow, prepare cash forecast and funding/investment if necessary - Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax authorizer, and any relevant authority

- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other relevant fields - At least 5 years of working experience in finance and accounting supervision position - Understanding financial statistics and the ability create process financial spreadsheets - Knowledge about legal system of tax regulation - Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and analytical skills - Be problem solver and able work under pressure - Honest and hard-working and interpersonal skills - Flexible - Computer literacy MS. Office, Internet Email, Finance Accounting Software - Good command of both spoken and written English and Khmer
