- Ensure smooth operations of recruitment, training, and payroll process - Establish and coordinate recruiting, testing, interviewing program - Conduct orientation training for new joiners - Work managers actively and appraise employee performance - Update and/or recommend human resource policies and procedures to senior management - Oversee confidential filing and monitor internal HR systems and data - Managing disciplinary process and actions - Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures - Monitoring payroll process ensuring on time in full payment - Ensures labor compliance and monitor HR reporting

- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources management or relevant fields - At least 5 years of proven working experience in human resources with 2-year experience at managerial level - Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) is a plus - In-depth knowledge HR systems, labor law, and HR best practices - Ability deliver employee satisfaction via appropriate development and reward - Advanced communication and interpersonal skills - Leaderships skills, analytical Skills, planning Skills, Coaching Skills negotiation skills high problem solving - Self-motivated, honest, self-discipline and commitment - Good command in English and Computer literate - Ability to work under pressure
