- Assist NSM in developing and executing the new integrated (iDMM) route to market strategy, - Develop and implement wholesale activation program (roll out of iDMM across 2 regions) - Implement iDMM best practices and process and coach/develop the channel team ( Drive iDMM /distribution KPI's and track on-going results) - Drive adaptation of DMM in Cambodia and related changes and modifications in SLA - Distributor performance tracking: Pre/Post expansion Sales, Back office - Drive team work by introducing and following up Distributor supervisor team meetings - Manage an efficient and effective distribution force ensuring on-the job training, motivation and staff development. Facilitate "POSITIVE" roll out in their respective territories - Conduct the NWOW Assessments and distribution audits in key cities / provinces - Embed RTM knowledge among regional teams/ED’s and establish self-sufficient RTM process capable to deliver new RTM initiatives. - Review distribution and share performance in Cambodia vs. Key Competitors in each key cities on a regular basis to come up with timely action plans , working closely with regional and brand teams to ensure remains always one step ahead of key competition

- Approx. 5 years’ experience as an AREA / REGIONAL MANAGER. - Experience in people management and leadership - Good communicator - On-job training skills - Team leadership skills
