- Control and monitor all the transportation of product/goods from warehouse to customers - Plan and coordinate the logistic for the replenishment of all SKUs and optimize the finished goods stock holding - Administration and control stock system is running properly with inventory record accuracy - Monitor the truck to take the goods from warehouse - Follow up truck for loading goods to customer - Control the sales order and create delivery document in tracking system - Check product that available for delivery with warehouse - Follow up action of loading goods - Make sure that the goods are delivery to customer with the right quantity, to the right location, and be on time - Control truck activity in GPS System - Solve another problem that happened during the transportation - Control, monitor, and evaluate all delivery performance - Compliance to BAT Policy standard in term of Warehouse Management, Pest Management and Hygienic, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Product Integrity and Traceability - Coaching and mentoring to team, provide support and direction - Develop team capability both functional and soft skill - Good working relationship with both internal and external stakeholders

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or other relevant fields - At least 3 years of working experience in logistic and/or related position - Knowledge of Logistics process - Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills - Good communication in team, other stakeholders, or customers - Be problem solver and able to work under pressure - Computer literacy - MS. Office - Good command of both spoken and written English and Khmer - Able to travel to the location of customer /province (Occasionally)
