Job Qualification  Bachelor’s degree of Information Technology  Three years of database and software development experienced and 1 year in financial sector.  Ability to provide technical documentation, automation scripting, installation, monitoring, and trouble-shooting across a large enterprise environment  Experienced work with Oracle Database and SQL database  Database server and application sizing and capacity planning  Database server and application tuning for performance and scalability  Performance testing experience  In-Depth understanding of High Availability and Disaster Recovery requirements and solutions  Advanced troubleshooting techniques in support of 24x7 On-call duties  Strong knowledge with HTML, JavaScript, PHP, Java & C#.

Key Responsibilities  Hire and manage development team with a range of expertise including coding, testing, and release train staff  Demonstrate a creative and innovation-driven ability to articulate software development best practices  Demonstrate a passion for leading, coaching, and mentoring a team to be the best they can be  Effectively communicate and collaborate with a variety of different audiences  Must be capable of leading and supervising large scale development projects, with proven expertise and experience in this capacity.  Respond quickly and effectively to production issues and taking responsibility for seeing those issues through resolution.  Resolve database performance issues, database capacity issues, replication, and other distributed data issues.  Manage backup and recovery of databases, Network Appliance.  Manage security of database structures and corporate data held within databases.  Develop database procedures, triggers and SQL scripts for development teams.  Manage and lead team Run End of Day, End of Month and End of Year  Design and implement highly available production systems using the following technologies: Hot Standby/Data Guard,  Advanced Replication, Advanced Queuing, Real Application Cluster (RAC) and Oracle Enterprise Manager  Other tasks assigned by HIT.
