Update the movement of the staff in the salary payroll (salary increase, annual staff appraisal work performance, allowance and benefits) to the Finance Department. Provides objective reference points for appraisals, performance reviews and counseling. Enable organization to structure and manage roles in the uniforms for the staffs, efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment, organizational structure, work flow and activities, customer service, etc. Monitoring for all type of insurance policies required (new/ renewal and adjustment or amendment) Proactively works to ensure that all items on the HR audit are maintained. Closely liaise with General Manager and other departmental managers so as to understand and all necessary aspects and needs of HR development Compose and prepare correspondence inside and outside the company and to the head office. Sharing daily information regarding HR works to the HR in head office via email and telephone. Receive and implement Group communication standards. Supervision of HR Team. Assure all relevant knowledge is kept within the company.

Bachelor’s degree in Management field or equivalent in work experience Minimum 5 years employment HR practices experience. Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills Team player with an ability and desire to develop other. Fluent English
