- Prepare payment, receipt and journal vouchers - Prepare the monthly and yearly tax return - Issue cheques - Issue invoice for customers - Follow up account receivables from customers - Analyze, record and post transactions in QuickBooks - Prepare monthly bank reconciliations - Prepare Financial Statement for Manager - Close month end financial transactions - Observe weekly cash count - Other tasks as assigned by Manager
