- Liaise staff relationship between projects site to head office - Maintain relationship with stakeholders, ministries to comply law and regulation - Facilitate staff to received well NSSF service - Assist HRM to develop policies, procedure - Interpret HR/company policies to staff who work base at project sites - Create culture of team spirit/unit - Build internal communication within staff - Assist team in recruitment, selection panel - Support and motivate staff to work efficiency - Other task assign by line manager.
