- Bachelor’s degree business administration, business, marketing, related field preferred - Have experience manager - Basic computer and experience tracking recording call information, filing documents, updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering tracking merchandise, scheduling. - Focused customer service - Excellent verbal written English skills - Be able speak Thai preferred - Persuasive goal-oriented - In-depth understanding company products it’s in market - Excellent customer care focus; ability assess customers’ and correct answer, path, troubleshooting, method a positive customer experience - Ability multitask, prioritize, manage time efficiently - Able work closely manages sale’s team
