- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support salesman - Organize and coordinate salesman’s schedules - Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources - Recruit, hire, and train on salesman - Receive and report on all sales leads - Supervise salesman assistants - Answer potential customer questions follow-up call questions - Work closely sales team make sure everything running plan procedure - Track daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly of salesman - Help assist salesman reach potential customers & covering area - Assist salesman team meet exceed goals - Do motivation speech regularly salesman - Report weekly, monthly higher management

- Sex: Male/Female - Bachelor’s degree business administration, business, marketing, related field preferred - Two (2) years’ previous experience customer support, client services, sales, a field - Demonstrated proven sales results - Basic computer and experience tracking recording call information, filing documents, updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering tracking merchandise, scheduling. - Focused customer service - Excellent verbal written English skills - Be able speak Thai preferred - Persuasive goal-oriented - In-depth understanding company products it’s in market - Excellent customer care focus; ability assess customers’ and correct answer, path, troubleshooting, method a positive customer experience - Ability multitask, prioritize, manage time efficiently - Able work closely manages sale’s team
