- Work closely with Director Of Food Service to achieve mutual agreed KPI’s. - Lead and direct the area sales teams in all aspect of sales and distribution activities in order to achieve target within given area (Phnom Penh, Siem Reap & other provinces). - Managing and executing of all trade marketing activities. - Develop & Improved route to market strategies, design model outlets by area. - Provide market intelligent in order to achieve sales, distribution and merchandising objectives. - Planning, Organizing and executing sales team toward the company’s target. - Building and maintaining good relationship with customers and sales team. - Maintaining good service through quality checks and other follow-up. - Must be active in the field with the sales personal. - Actively seeking new business opportunity with new and existing client. - Other assignment assigned by management.

- Bachelor or Master Degree, major in Sales and Marketing or relevant; - Minimum five (5) year professional working experience in sales and marketing; - Excellent computer skills and proficient in Ms. Office, and Internet-Email. - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Advance knowledge of English proficiency both speaking and writing skills - Excellent interpersonal skills.
