•Main Responsibilities: - Manage parts of a Mekong Homes construction project ( also known as packages), providing technical advice, supervising staff on site and ensuring that their packages are completed on time and within budget. - Making sure that products are installed on time with good quality - Overseeing building work - Undertaking surveys - Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that certified erectors are followed correctly - Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets and timescales - Providing technical advice and solving problem on site - Collecting site reports and filling other paperwork - Ensuring that health, safety, and 5S onsite of construction work’ - Responsible for the selection of certified erector - Keep going research to find the most efficiency construction procedure - Other tasks as per assigned by supervisor.

- Bachelor Degree Of Civil Engineering or Equivalent - At Least 2 years of construction on site plus with community work is prioritized - Good Command in MS office: word, excel, Power Point , Ms Project - Good Command in English - Good at Team working and communication, Technical Skills, an eye for detail, Problem Solving, Management Skill.
