- Marketing or Sales (BA) or related field - More than 2 year experiences in Sales & Marketing, Property Management, or Real Estate - Do market research about Real Estate - Do weekly report about Real Estate Market - Excellent communication skills, good judgment ability and multi‐tasking skills - Ability to change direction in response to a fluctuating wok environment - Knowledge of computer application, Microsoft Office Word & Excel, Internet Email or other social networking - Able to work overtime - Chinese speaker is an advantage - Able to work individually or in team, under pressure and problem solving - Other tasks assigned by Leasing and Resale Department or General Manager of Gproav Co., Ltd - Contact Detail - Brandon J.
