- Act as a liaison between the business users and IT team. - Lead requirements gathering efforts during design stages and applying requirements to functional application design within time, scope and budget of the project. - During projects and current life establish efficient relationship between users, IT and suppliers - Work closely with the end users to develop and test documented requirements using Confluence, record and track technical issues using Jira, and implement any needed changes. - Ensure evolution and corrective maintenance (installation of new releases, batch coding) as well as related documentation production. - Create and delivers executive presentations to senior business leaders to explain technical approach, recommendations, and application design. - Interact with portfolio manager to report project deadlines, milestones, issues, risks and deliver high quality documentation. - Quickly identifies and resolves requirement gaps or development issues. - Work under minimal supervision to resolve project, application (current life) or program level issues in short time frames. - Participate in project planning and estimating, manage time & set priorities / deadlines appropriately & perform management escalations. - Other tasks as assigned.

- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer science or equivalent with relevant experience. - Experience conducting business requirement sessions and producing business and/or technical functional documentation. - Solid Experience in software testing: SIT, QA and UAT - Knowledge of writing test cases, and test scripts. - Experience using a structured software development methodology such as Confluence, Jira and Zephyr. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Solid knowledge of SQL query to navigate through large relational database to assert data during a test - Advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and VBA. - Project management (Waterfall and Agile) experiences a must. - Strong knowledge on SDLC - Ability to work independently as a self-starter, and within a team environment. - Knowledge of English both spoken and written is mandatory.
