- Accountable for prospecting and booking group business (all segments) - Respond to telephone inquiries or requests for group business in the defined timeline. - Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics and action plans for existing and new account to achieve and exceed sales target. - Maximize sales revenue by upselling of food and beverage options. - Convert new accounts into loyal accounts and develop strong customer relationships. - Plan and execute sales trips, sales calls, site visits and client entertainment. - Analyze and maintain knowledge of customers, market trends and competition. - Participate in regular business reviews and sales meetings. - Monitor, collect and analyze data and communication all information to senior management team. - Work with kitchen and service team to provide an exceptional guest service and memorable experience. - Prepare sales budget to execute sales strategies. - Other duties assigned by General Manager

- Bachelor degree in Sales/Marketing or related discipline. - Minimum 5year experience of a similar position in hospitality industry. - Proven ability to build relationships and find new business: prospecting, networking, site inspections and sales calls - Knowledge of food & beverage and guest relation - Planning, communication, problem solving, negotiation, and business acumen. - Good interpersonal, organizational, supervisory, and analytical skills. - Ability to set example for and maintain good grooming and personal hygiene. - Ability to work well with other colleagues as part of the team. - Pleasant, dynamic, proactive, and sale-oriented, and guest-oriented. - Excellent communication in spoken and written English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus - Familiar with MS Office applications
