• To interface with all divisions and project sites to develop and maintain the HSE management system. • To plan, assign and supervise HSE matters and requirements for all work sites. • To implement all policies, activities, procedures and instructions as relevant and required by the OSHA Act 1994 and other relevant requirements / regulations. • To ensure all work sites and offices HSE maters are in compliance with the OSHA Act 1994, local regulations, relevant requirements / standards and company policies. • To coordinate with contractor’s HSEO to conduct HSE induction training to all new sites, consultants, staffs and workers as per required. • Ensuring effectiveness of operation of HSE management and compliance by all staffs / workers at site. • To schedule, organize, conduct and supervise HSE committee meetings. • To conduct investigation into accident or near miss occurrence at all sites and submit report to GD / GM and Project HODs. • To carry out Risk Assessment, to monitor and verify the implementation of suitable corrections and corrective actions of the system and to advise management on any changes in HSE legislation. • To coordinate, monitor or conduct HSE procedures at all works sites, to promote awareness on SHE and to conduct HSE audit as plan. • To record and analyse information on injuries, damage and time loss due to accident, assess accident trends and review overall HSE performance at all sites half yearly. • Keep up to date codes of practices and circulate any new HSE Literature or relevant information to all level of employees and sites. • Able to lead and manage the HSE teams for multiple projects. • To carry out other instruction made by the Employer on any matters pertaining to OSHA, Environment, DOSH, etc. • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

• University degree majoring in Health, Safety and Environment/ engineering • At least 5-year experienced in HSE and construction industry • Possess ISO and OHSAS • Good verbal and written English. • Independent and well organized. P/S: Please enclose your 4x6 picture with your Resume
