-Generating new product ideas and recipes -Modifying and improving existing products and developing new ones -Checking and improving safety and quality control procedures in your own and suppliers' factories, from the raw material stage through to the finished product -Researching current consumer markets and latest technologies to develop new product concepts -Selecting raw materials and other ingredients from suppliers -Preparing product costing based on raw materials and manufacturing costs to ensure profitable products -Working with engineering and roduction to develop slutions to production issues, while maintaining food safety -Designing processes and machinery for the production of recipes on a large scales -Ensuring that strict hygiene food safety standards are met -Monitoring the use of additives -Testing and examining samples -Writing report -Planning and carrying out trials -Tracking environmental microorganism development -Inspecting snack food and beverage manufacturing processes to check for possible contamination -Keeping up to date with scientific and research development -Recording, analysing and interpreting data -Collecting samples from a variety of locations

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Chemistry, Food -Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent. -Required skill(s): excellent written and oral communication skills, good teamworking abilities, technical and practical skills, accuracy and detail in their work, a -knowledge of food biology and food chemistry, problem-solving skills. -Required language(s): English, Filipino -At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. -Applicants must be willing to work in Caloocan City. -Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Food Technology/Nutritionist or equivalent. -20 Full-Time position(s) available.
