-BASIC PURPOSE -To serve as a focal point for activities that take place within the physical structure and is the liaison between the different groups of the Company. -MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: -Handle leasing and selling of all assigned inventories (office, commercial, residential, parking units) for the Assigned Property (building or location). -Maintain a very good relationship with tenants and buyers maintaining high level of service to clients. -Coordinate with the corresponding Building Management on issues affecting the units in the portfolio and existing tenants and buyers. -Oversee overall maintenance and upkeep of commercial and residential condominium assets; Monitor and collect payments. -Act as a liaison between tenants, building administrator, brokers, consultants, suppliers and contractors. -Prepare and review lease rates, terms, contracts, renewals and other documents; Source clients, negotiate and close leasing deals.

-Any four (4) year Business Course Graduate -With at least 2 years of working experience. -Very good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. -Internet Savvy; Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Applications. -Commitment to exceptional client service and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
