Job responsibilities - Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrived at the apartment. - Order supplies for the service apartment and keep inventory of stock. - Keep and update records of office expense and costs. - Passing messages to guests. - Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material. - Maintain office security following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk. - Perform other clerical reception such as filling photocopying transcribing and faxing. - Receiving and sorting daily mail/delivery/couriers. 工作职责 - 欢迎客户 - 订购物品并保存库存 - 保存和记录办公室的成本和费用 - 转达消息给客户 - 保接待整理，并附有所有的文件和资料 - 维护办公室安全，并通过前台进行管理 - 必须填写复印 - 需要收发邮件/送货/快递
