Jobs Description

• Present and sell company products to current and potential customers • service existing accounts, obtain orders, and established new account by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential account and other trade factors • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature • Focuses sales efforts by studying of customer need and type of customer • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and sale reports such as daily call & customer visit reports, weekly work plans, and monthly plans. • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, product, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques, etc. • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales. • Maintaining a long term relationship with existing accounts and potential accounts • Responsible for development and achievement of sales through the direct channels. • write business proposals for new and existing opportunities • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
