As a Stock Controller, you will be in charge of the inventory and stock movement, making sure everything is properly organized and documented. - Managing daily stock - Receive and prepare stock - Make summary lists for stock movement, stock variation and stock balance. - Perform physical stock count every 2 weeks and close stock at the end of the month - Monitor transferred stock to warehouse - Prepare daily / weekly/ monthly Stock report - Arrange and deliver products to customer - Handle all materials in stock properly and quality safety - Ensure all products in stock properly arranged order, monitored and counted
 - Perform and ensure document are properly filed and managed - Other tasks assigned by manager

- Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or relevant - At least 1 year’ experience in Stock control, inventory or warehouse management - Experiences in Light/Electricity Equipment or construction material is a plus - Friendly, hardworking and flexible - Self-confidence, motivation and good communication skills - Good team player and good time management - Able to work under pressure - Good command of English both spoken and written - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Ms Outlook, Ms Excel…)
