- Categorize daily-submitted applications and maintain applicant register. - Conduct Pre-screening interviews for all level (excluded the Management Level) positions ensuring that the best candidate for the position is selected and all recruitment practices followed. - Coordinate Industrial Placement programs to ensure maximum return through productivity through effective recruitment. - Assist with administration and control of internal vacancies; internal recruitment and internal opportunities. - Handle basic function of HR enquiries. - Assist in prepares letters of appointments, employment contracts, and all relevant administrative support work for commencement of new associates. - Maintain accurate and confidential associate files. - Assist with categorizing submitted applications, including processing of standard correspondence for all applicants and maintain a database for applications. - Control and administer internal and external vacancies. - Counsel associates in career prospects, personal issues, job related issue, etc.

- Bachelor Degree in related field. - Minimum 1 year related working experience. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines. - Computer skills in Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Ms. Power Point - Reliable and confident and be a good team player - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Fluent English and other language is a plus
